"Based on the trips I've made in the past year, for my $$, Puerto Rico...is way better than [Cozumel]. PR has the advantage of having US laws, and health care in case something goes wrong. Puerto Rico Technical Diving Center is right near the airport, and they run a very tight op that will take you everywhere."

"Overall Tony is a great instructor and definitely has what it takes. Tony is motivated to teach for the [Public Safety Diver's Association] and to get the program kicking in Puerto-Rico. Overall Tony has great attitude toward the scuba diving and public safety diving profession. Tony runs a tight ship and I was able to witnesses Tony with some of his students and found that safety is his number one concern.
His Technical diving knowledge is incredible and is an asset to public safety diving. After hanging with Tony for a week, he opened my eyes to the world of technical diving. Because of Tony I have purchased the necessary packages and books for technical diving and I am scheduled to start some of my technical diving courses next month at my local dive shop. Of course I will have to return to Tony for my Cave certification."
